Our inviting 26 x 12 totally South facing pool, is fully screened, allowing you to soak up the sun’s rays, without being troubled by insects.
Our superb and private location means that you are not overlooked when bathing and not too close to the next villa that you could almost touch it.
Its open aspect gives you a feeling of spaciousness together with the ability to analyse the varied golf swings which are regularly being displayed for your pleasure on the adjacent 4th tee and fairway.
We also overlook a natural water hazard, which is complete with the many and varied local wildlife, including egrets, cranes, small frogs and ducks etc.
It is a very peaceful and tranquil setting.

Our entertainment centre has a new 51 inch wide screen cable TV, DVD/VCR/CD player with a varied selection of DVD’s, Video’s and CD's. A video hire shop is not far away where you can rent all the latest releases at very reasonable rates.

We have an elegant formal dining area located within the lounge area yet conveniently close to the kitchen. With six place settings, take time out and dine in style. The elegance is further enhanced with a large glass topped table which is well lit from above with a traditional chandelier.
Breakfast Nook
Seating four, this cosy haven is attached to the kitchen and overlooks the pool. It provides a convenient bright area for breakfast or other meals, before or after your morning dip.
For your convenience, and so that your children are not ‘left out’ we have included the complimentary use of a child’s high chair.
A large patio door leads out through the lanai and onto the pool deck.
For your safety and to comply with Florida state law, this and the other patio doors are alarmed for your children’s safety.
Kitchen
Our larger than average kitchen, not only comprises a breakfast nook but is also equipped with a full range of appliances which includes a large gas cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric can opener, dishwasher, American style large double door fridge freezer with integral ice dispenser, filtered cold water dispenser, waste disposal unit and a very English “tea pot”
The ample store cupboards hold plenty of crockery, glassware, cutlery, cooking utensils and saucepans.
You will find everything you need for that special formal dining experience or simply a quick snack.
You will also notice that most of the glassware is the unbreakable type. This is a necessary precaution for use around the pool.
The cordless telephone is also located conveniently here in the kitchen which has been set up for FREE local calls.
Master Suite
The ground floor spacious master suite leads off the lounge and overlooks the pool deck and can be accessed through the patio doors. It has an extremely comfortable queen sized bed with newly added memory foam mattress topper, dresser, mirror, bedside drawers with lamps, alarm clock and ceiling fan. This bedroom is very private and is an excellent place to escape, relax and unwind.
